A Sani360 technician applying electrostatic surface disinfection in a home

A spray coats what it hits. Ours wraps around.

Most disinfecting misses the sides you can't aim at: the underside of a handle, the back of a chair. Sani360 charges the droplets so they're pulled to the whole surface, not just the face of it.

First, an honest distinction

Disinfecting is not the same as cleaning.

Cleaning lifts away dirt and grime you can see. Disinfecting deals with what you can't: the bacteria and viruses left behind on a surface that looks perfectly clean. The two work best in order, which is why disinfection sits as a distinct layer after a thorough clean rather than a substitute for it. Done properly, on the right surfaces, with the right agent, it's a genuine step up in protection. Done as a quick mist over a dusty room, it's mostly theatre. The difference is in the method.

Why coverage is the whole game

A normal spray hits the front. A charged spray finds the rest.

Conventional spraying

  • Disinfectant lands only where it's aimed: the flat, visible face of a surface.
  • Undersides, backs and crevices are missed, the exact places pathogens linger.
  • Heavy chemical use to compensate, often with strong residues and odours.
  • Uneven, pooling application that wastes product and dries inconsistently.

The Sani360 method

  • Droplets are given a negative charge, so they're actively drawn to surfaces.
  • That charge pulls the sanitiser around objects for full 360-degree coverage, including hard-to-reach areas.
  • A 100% chemical-free bio-sanitiser, safe enough to use in occupied homes and around food areas.
  • Even, efficient distribution that coats thoroughly while reducing chemical waste.
The mechanism

Opposite charges attract. We put that to work on germs.

The reason electrostatic disinfection covers what a normal spray can't comes down to simple physics, applied carefully.

i.

The droplet is charged

As the bio-sanitiser leaves the applicator, each droplet is given a negative electrical charge rather than simply being pushed out as a mist.

ii.

The surface pulls it in

Most surfaces carry a positive or neutral charge, so the negatively charged droplets are attracted to them and wrap around the whole object, not just the side facing the nozzle.

iii.

Coverage becomes even

Because the droplets are drawn rather than thrown, they distribute uniformly, reaching shadowed edges and undersides while using less product overall.

iv.

The agent stays gentle

The bio-sanitiser is 100% chemical-free, so the protection comes from the method and the agent, not from harsh chemistry that lingers in the room.

How a service runs

Clean first, disinfect properly, then match the method to the space.

Disinfection is the layer that follows cleaning. With the surface prepared, we choose the technique that suits the environment.

i

Assess the space

We look at what needs protecting, how the room is used, and which surfaces matter most, so the disinfection is matched to the environment rather than applied blindly.

ii

Electrostatic spray

The core method: charged bio-sanitiser droplets wrap surfaces for full 360-degree coverage, ideal for furnished rooms, offices and spaces full of awkward, hard-to-reach shapes.

iii

High-pressure steam

Where heat-based treatment suits the surface, steam disinfection reaches into fabric and texture, useful against allergens and dust mites, using only steam and chemical-free agents.

iv

Fogging for scale

For larger volumes and whole-room coverage, fogging distributes the sanitiser through the air to settle across surfaces, suited to bigger commercial and healthcare spaces.

v

Document the work

On completion we provide the paperwork for your records, so a disinfection that's invisible by nature still leaves you with proof it was done.

Where this connects

Disinfection is the last layer, not the only one.

The step that comes before

Hygienization deep cleaning

Disinfecting a surface that hasn't been properly cleaned only goes so far. Our hygienization deep clean is the layer that prepares surfaces first, so the disinfection that follows actually lands.

The Indoor Health Stewardship

One-off disinfection protects a moment. Holding air, water and surfaces to one standard over time is what the Indoor Health Stewardship is for, scheduled care rather than reaction.

The honest place to start

Let us match the method to your space, then cover all of it.

Book a disinfection. We'll assess the surfaces, choose the right technique, and treat the whole thing, the faces you'd expect and the sides you wouldn't, with a chemical-free agent safe for the people who use the room.
