AC cleaning, the way it should have always been done.

A full AC cleaning and disinfection takes a single working day, roughly 8am to 5pm. A typical home is handled by a team of five to six technicians, and larger villas may need more. Because the work is thorough, the equipment is noisy, and we cover and protect furniture throughout, most clients prefer to be out of the home while we work.

A full Saniservice clean typically lasts around two years. Many clients choose to repeat it yearly for peace of mind. To protect the result in between, we offer QD, a quarterly disinfection that keeps the system clean without redoing the full service.

The full clean is a complete strip-down: coils, blower, ducts, vents and drainage all dismantled, cleaned and disinfected. QD (Quarterly Disinfection) is a lighter service of roughly 1 to 4 hours for existing clients: filters and grilles cleaned, accessible parts checked, and a chemical-free fogging disinfection. It maintains the deep clean between full services rather than replacing it.

We disassemble the system and clean and disinfect each part, from the condenser coils to the blower, the ducts, and the drainage trays and pipes, then reassemble it. Disinfection uses a chemical-free, eco-friendly bio-sanitiser. Afterwards the area is cleaned and a completion report with before-and-after photos is provided.

We recommend it. The work takes most of the day and the machinery is loud, so it's usually more comfortable to be elsewhere. It isn't mandatory, but it does make for a smoother day.

Yes. We use only eco-friendly bio-sanitisers that are safe for people and pets, and our technicians are trained to work calmly around animals. For the least stress on them, we'd still suggest pets be out of the home during the service where possible; where that isn't feasible, we take extra care in pet-occupied areas.

Yes. From the inspection stage we identify what needs protecting, and our technicians follow strict protocols for furniture, antiques, artwork and precious items, covering, moving and safekeeping them as needed during the service.

Always. We leave your home cleaner and tidier than we found it, and a team manager carries out a quality check after the service to confirm nothing has been missed.

Occasionally a duct or unit can't be reached without creating access. In that case we'll fabricate and fit a neat access panel, explain why it's needed, and include the cost in your quotation up front, never as a surprise.

For new clients within Dubai, yes. A senior advisor and a technician assess your system (around 40 minutes, depending on the number of units), and you receive a same-day report with photos and a quotation. For locations outside Dubai there may be a cost depending on distance.
