The process took 1.5 hours for a three bedroom apartment. All along the 1.5 hours, we were being educated on what was being done, the impact on the health, what is our responsibility as a tenant and what is the real estate company. My only suggestion would be to offer a AC service with the cleaning - some of the units were not cooling as well as they could have but the team could only clean not fix. Perhaps something to offer as a combined service in future? This is an expensive service it but it is really worth it. This is a class act all the way. It seems they have excellent expertise, technical skills, and they did an AMAZING JOB of keeping our apartment clean (hanging plastic, repainting where necessary, rearranging furniture so nothing would be damaged etc...) while they worked. The team manager was very pleasant to work with and understood that our pets would need to stay separated from the loud noises and dust. They worked around this giving us a corner of the apartment to stay in all day until another area was done and then we switched positions. It was handled very smoothly.

Update: Saniservice rectified this issue and replaced the AC liners. I have used them again repeatedly after this incident. Two months after cleaning the bad smell came back. Instead of fixing it they shrugged their shoulders and blamed it on the AC units. Which wasn’t a problem when they did the initial assessment. Very disappointed!

The team did a fairly good job of covering the furniture but they did not properly cover the ground floor TV/entertainment unit and surrounding area. I checked the quality of cleaning in one bathroom ceiling and they did vacuum up a lot of dust but when I run my fingers over the pipes, I still get a layer of dust on my fingers. The villa was extremely dusty so I don't expect perfection but I think the rushed the work on the ground floor to finish on time.

The Sani-Service team was ready to start 30min before the scheduled appointment (as always). They brought enough personnel and all their own equipment needed to perform the necessary. As we would be in the villa during the entire service, there had to be a certain sequence in which the areas of the villa had to be cleaned and the team accommodated that without slowing down. The service took the whole day, but at the end you would not know that every grill, cover and blower had been dismantled, cleaned spotlessly and rebuilt to be in good working order. An excellent job all-round!

Exceptional work by Sani Service. We requested a 9 am start and Biju was at our door with his equipment & team at 8:48 am. The team made sure that everything was put back in its original position / place and they also ensured to clean up after themselves. Additionally, Umesh came after work was completed to do a thorough inspection (i.e. looking into vents with his torch). He patiently answered numerous questions & shared information on our particular AC Unit, recommended power settings, power consumption tips, etc. Overall, meticulous work, although a few dust fluff/lint particles have fallen from AC vents in the 2 bathrooms & kitchen today. We potentially chalk that up to small remaining dust particles being blown out of the vents.

I have been a long term customer but they become more and more greedy over time. I gave one star before, because I was disappointed by their pricing. I understood afterwards that was a mistake or not from the manager who was in charge. Thats an area they need to improve! So I tried another company which was much cheaper. And there was a quality difference day and night. First of all when you do a full AC cleaning it should consist of duct, fan coil and filter. Most cheap companies they do only duct and filter cleaning and claim to provide good service. The way they open the grill at the duct and fix back is mostly a total mess! Ar Saniservice they come with a full army and cover literally everything and do a full comprehensive cleaning with the newest technologies. 7 hours for a 4 bedroom with 7 people! They do all what is required. The put back the duct grill as it was never opened! They leave your apartment fully moped at the end! You go they do the job, come home and enjoy the your clean place with fresh air. Yes they are not cheap but it is worth it especially for your health.

So professional, on time and hardworking. Such a personal necessity to get ACs deep cleaned with summer around the corner. Can’t recommend them enough.

Punctual, professional, and meticulous. I am raving about these guys. If you need your AC units cleaned, go no further and hire Saniservice. Seriously, you breathe air indoors all the time. Invest in your respiratory health. I am a cleanliness freak and Saniservice left our place spotless. Repainted all parts that were inevitably affected by deep cleaning. Cleaned the floors and even dusted off some of our furniture. Note that a lot of Dubai apartments are poorly designed and most of them don’t have access to inner parts of AC units like evaporator coil. So these guys may offer to create additional access panels on your ceiling, which is a normal course of business. As I stated above, they will repaint the ceiling if this needs to happen, but you may want to know the color spectrum of the paint beforehand.

Firstly, I must commend your team for their efficient and satisfactory completion of the air grill installation. I am pleased with their workmanship in that aspect. However, I am writing to express my disappointment with the paint and ceiling fixing job that was performed alongside the installation. . Upon closer inspection, I noticed several issues that need to be addressed. To begin with, the putty filler applied during the ceiling fixing already shows cracks on the second day. Additionally, there are noticeable spots where the paint was missed entirely, creating an inconsistent and incomplete appearance. Despite initially considering the possibility of the paint needing more time to dry, it has become evident that these areas were indeed missed.

The two individuals that came did an excellent job; however the previous two visits for the cleaning and replacement of the AC blower were not satisfactory for a few reasons; the team yesterday said that the kitchen blower is not powerful enough as it serves two rooms; your team that installed the new blower should have told me that; second, the team yesterday found a flex exhaust pipe broken in two places in the same area kitchen ceiling area where your team had installed a brand new blower; they could have caused the issue but equally importantly they did not inform me or fix it - not the type of service I expect from Sani
