There is a state of clean beyond deep cleaning.

Hygienization is not a deeper clean you repeat. It is a hygienic baseline you set once, then maintain on top of: every surface reset to ground zero, disinfected, then sealed, and measured at each step. From a single room to an entire home or facility.

Most people call it deep cleaning. It isn't.

Ordinary cleaning, however thorough, is a routine you repeat: it lifts what is visible, then the surface begins to load again the same afternoon. Hygienization is the reset beneath the routine, the deepest state a surface can be brought to, established once so that everyday cleaning has something clean to maintain.

Deep cleaning

A frequency. A cleaner afternoon that starts re-soiling the moment it ends. One method, moved across everything.

Hygienization

A baseline. A defined hygienic state, reset, disinfected, sealed, and measured, that you set once and maintain on top of.

The whole, in three parts

One protocol. Three parts. Each one measured.

Hygienization is not three services bought together. It is a single protocol, run in sequence, where each part only works because the one before it was done properly, and where the result is measured, not assumed.

i

The reset

Measured: surface reading before and after

Every surface is brought to ground zero using our steam method, each material treated with the technique and the surface-specific, all-natural product right for it. This is the deepest physical clean a surface can be given, and the foundation everything else rests on.

Our steam method is also available on its own, for your soft furnishings, a room's furniture or a whole home →

ii

Total disinfection

Measured: microbial load, verified in our lab

A clean surface is not yet a disinfected one. With the surface reset, we eliminate what physical cleaning leaves behind, on the surface and in the air around it. This is the part most cleaning stops short of.

iii

Protective coating

Calibrated: to the abrasion each surface takes

Finally, a coating calibrated to how hard the surface is used, to slow recontamination and hold the hygienic state forward in time. Most cleaning ends when the technician leaves; this part is designed to keep working after.

We do not assert the baseline. We verify it.

A clean you can see is not the same as a clean we can measure.

Anyone can make a surface look clean. The point of Hygienization is a state we can confirm, so the work is held to account and measured, on the surface and in our own laboratory.

How the standard is held

Read on the surface

A before-and-after reading matched to the surface: a dust-mite reading on soft furnishings, a hygiene reading on hard surfaces.

Confirmed in the lab

Our resident microbiologists swab-test treated surfaces in our own laboratory to confirm the protocol reached the state it set out to.

Audited three times

Team leader, then supervisor, then the operations manager with you, so quality is checked by more than the person who performed it.

If a verification swab comes back unremarkable, we hygienize that area again, at no charge.

Any scope, one standard

A single room, or the whole home.

The protocol does not change with size. The depth is the same whether we hygienize one room or an entire property, so you can begin where it makes sense and extend from there. For soft furnishings on their own, our steam method is often all they need.

i.

A single room

A bedroom, a nursery, a kitchen, brought to ground zero as one space.

ii.

A whole home

The annual reset for the villa or apartment, floor to ceiling, the foundation for the year.

iii.

A facility

Offices, clinics and hospitality, on a planned operational footing.

iv.

Soft furnishings

The sofas, mattresses and upholstery in a room or across the home, through our steam service.

Is there anything deeper than deep cleaning

The depth is in the differentiation.

Ordinary cleaning is one cloth, one product, one method, moved across the whole space, which is how contamination travels rather than leaves. Hygienization differentiates along four axes at once.

Axis 01

By zone

High-touch, food-prep and the micro-zones routine cleaning forgets, each given the attention its risk deserves.

Axis 02

By tool

Colour-coded, zone-assigned, so nothing used in one area is carried into another.

Axis 03

By product

Matched to the surface, not the cart, all-natural where the material calls for it.

Axis 04

By surface

Floor to ceiling, marble to textile, each treated to the method it can take.

The same, every time

A systematic method, from first visit to proof.

i

Inspection

A team leader shapes the protocol to your surfaces, not a package applied blind.

ii

Quotation

A clear breakdown and job order, verified before anything begins.

iii

Planning

The protocol planned in detail, drawing on our hygiene-critical experience.

iv

Completion report

The protocols applied and the result, with readings and before-and-after evidence.

One layer in how we think about a surface

Complete in itself, and part of something larger.

Surface health is built in layers, in order, and each can be taken on its own or as part of the whole: pest control clears the habitat first, Hygienization is the three-part protocol, standalone disinfection (Sani360) is the disinfection layer on its own, and protective coatings hold a surface in its treated state. Once the reset is done, we can hand your housekeeper a written protocol to maintain the standard we set.

Straight answers

The questions we're most often asked.

What is hygienization, exactly?

A single protocol that brings every surface to a defined hygienic state: reset to ground zero, disinfected, then sealed, and measured at each step. It is a baseline you set once and maintain on top of, not a clean you repeat.

How is it different from a deep clean?

Deep cleaning is a frequency, it lifts what is visible, then the surface loads again. Hygienization is a baseline: the reset, disinfection and seal in one measured protocol, verified in our own lab.

Can you do a whole home, or just single rooms?

Both, from a single room to an entire villa, apartment or facility. The depth of the protocol does not change with the size of the space. For soft furnishings on their own, the sofas, mattresses and upholstery, our steam service is the right route.

Do you handle offices, clinics and commercial facilities?

Yes. High-traffic and hygiene-critical corporate spaces are handled on a planned operational footing, with the same protocol and the same verification.

How do you prove it worked?

We take a reading on the surface before and after, our microbiologists swab-test treated surfaces in our own lab, and every job is audited at three levels. If a swab comes back unremarkable, we hygienize that area again at no charge.

How often should a home be hygienized?

Typically once a year as the annual reset, with everyday cleaning maintaining the baseline in between. We can hand your housekeeper a written protocol to hold the standard through the year.

The honest place to start

Let us set the standard once, then help you keep it.

Hygienization begins with an inspection, so the protocol is shaped to your surfaces specifically. One room or a whole property, residential or corporate, we will tell you what it actually needs.
