Why we started

In 2009, Francois Larsen could not find a company in Dubai that cleaned an air-conditioning system the way it should be cleaned: thoroughly, scientifically, with the respect the work deserved.

That was not a gap in the market. It was an insult to a standard he refused to lower. So he built the company himself. Not to become the biggest. To prove that quality is possible here.

How we prove it

These are not values on a wall. They are decisions that cost us something.

Any company can publish a list of qualities. These are eight things we choose to do every day, each of which is more expensive, slower, or harder than the alternative. That is the point.

We dress for your home.

Our technicians wear tailor-made white uniforms, not generic polos. Because how you dress for someone else's space says what you believe about it.

We run our own laboratory.

When we say your air is cleaner, you do not have to take our word for it. We culture what was living in your system and show you the numbers. Our lab. Our accountability.

iii.

We tell you when you do not need us.

Sometimes a client calls and their system does not need service yet. We say so. We lose that revenue. We keep that relationship. In a market built on upselling, this is the most expensive thing we do.

The same person comes back.

The technician at your door is likely the one who came last time. They remember your layout, your preferences, your dog's name. That is not a database. That is continuity you can feel, and it is rare for a reason.

We inspect before you see the result.

Our quality standard is set internally, before you are ever involved. We hold ourselves to something higher than your expectation. That is the only way the expectation can be consistently met.

We arrive when we said we would.

We give you a time. We hold it. If we are delayed, we call. Your morning is as valuable as ours. In Dubai, punctuality like this is not standard practice. We know that. We do it anyway.

When something goes wrong, and occasionally something does, a named person picks up the phone. Today. Not a ticket. Not a queue. A person you can reach and hold accountable.

Our technicians live in proper apartments. How a company treats the people who work for it reveals, with precision, how those people will treat your home.

This was never about who can afford the most. Our clients are not only the wealthiest homes in Dubai. They are the people who understand what quality is and know how to judge it, and you will find them in a one-bedroom apartment as readily as a family villa. The standard we bring, and the respect we bring with it, does not change with the address.

Over the years we have learned that these people are everywhere in this city. They find us the same way: through someone they trust, who told them to call.

From the founder

I was asthmatic. I could not find a company in Dubai that cleaned the way I believed it should be done.

So I started Saniservice in 2009 with one conviction: that people deserve quality, not mediocrity. Not quick fixes. Not technicians who treat your home like a job to get through by noon. Not claims I cannot prove.

I built our laboratory so our results are verifiable, not just believable. I designed the uniforms because first impressions tell you everything about a company's beliefs. I put our technicians in proper homes because how you treat the people who work for you is an exact mirror of how they will treat your client's home.

The clients who found us in 2009 still call. Their families call. Their friends call. No contracts required. That is the only measurement that matters.

But you will never really meet me. You will meet the people I trust to carry all of this to your door. So this page is, in the end, about them.

A brand is not a logo, and it is not a founder's name. It is the technician you let into your home, and the voice that answers when you call the front desk. Those are the people you can see, talk to, and judge. They are Saniservice. Everything written above is a promise only they can keep.

We are a hundred people. Not a thousand, and not trying to become one. Each of the hundred was chosen, and confirmed, as a member of the Saniservice team. We would rather hold a standard with a hundred people who carry it than lose it among a thousand who do not.

A large part of our team has been here since 2009. They are headhunted constantly. They choose to stay. Which is why a client from our first year often opens the door, all these years later, to the same face.

Are your indoor cleaning technicians certified and trained?

Yes. Saniservice is triple ISO certified (9001, 14001 and 45001), NADCA certified and IAC2 certified, and our technicians are trained and supervised to those standards. For us, certification is the method the team follows on every job, not a badge on the wall.
