Dubai's mains water arrives high quality, around 99% desalinated and closely monitored. The risk isn't the supply. It's what grows in a neglected tank and the lines after it.

Eco-friendly, Municipality-approved products. We use chlorine or Sanosil to the correct concentration and contact time. For drinking water, the disinfectant is thoroughly flushed out afterwards.

Assessment & baseline

We survey access points, tank capacity and any hazards, coordinate the water-interruption window with building management, and take a preliminary water sample to establish where you're starting from.

Drain & deep clean

The tank is drained and the whole system cleaned, tank, accessible and less-accessible pipework, through to taps and shower faucets. Typically two to four hours depending on size and condition.

Disinfect & rest

Disinfection at the correct concentration, held for the required contact time so it actually works, not rushed.

Rinse, refill & verify

Thorough rinsing, refill with potable water, then a final laboratory water test confirming chlorine is within safe drinking limits and no contamination remains, documented, with photographic evidence and full certification.

Questions people ask before booking.

How often does a water tank need cleaning in Dubai?

Dubai Municipality advises water tanks be cleaned at least every six months. Buildings with higher usage, older pipework or any history of water-quality issues may benefit from more frequent cleaning.

What does the service cover, just the tank?

The whole path, tank to tap. We clean and disinfect the storage tank, the pipework, and right through to the taps and shower heads the water actually reaches you through. Most companies stop at the tank; we don't.

What does the cleaning remove?

Sediment, biofilm and algae, and the harmful bacteria that can grow in a neglected system, including Legionella, E. coli and elevated Total Viable Count (TVC).

Is it safe? What disinfectant do you use?

We use eco-friendly, Dubai Municipality-approved methods. For drinking-water systems the disinfectant is thoroughly flushed out before the water is used again, and chlorine residual is brought to a safe 0.2 to 0.5 ppm. The process follows DM guidelines throughout.

How long does it take, and how long is the water off?

The disinfectant contact stage takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes and the cleaning phase about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the system. We schedule the work to minimise disruption and agree a convenient time with you.

Do I get proof the water is safe afterwards?

Yes. You receive full certification on completion, a detailed report with photographic evidence, and water testing through a certified laboratory confirming the result.
